Position
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing the Cost of Sales for our restaurants, identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to reduce costs and communicating feedback to our restaurants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant operations, data architecture & modelling and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience with our inventory management system, MarketMan, is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate the cost of sales for our restaurants.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for cost of sales analysis, ensuring our restaurants maintain these standards.

• Identify areas of improvement and provides feedback & strategies to teams.

• Researches and stays up-to-date on emerging technologies and data analysis tools.

 

Qualifications
An enthusiastic individual with the ability to be adaptive and flexible and to function effectively in a high-growth environment

• A positive attitude and a love for learning

• Intermediate/Advance level English speaker

• Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about collaborating across organisational boundaries.

• Passionate about data engineering / analytics and distributed systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant inventory management software.

• Ready for an immediate start with aspirations to join a rapidly internationally expanding enterprise.
