The brands collaborate together by sharing inventory and equipment and the kitchens rely on the technology for an efficient and streamlined workflow. Noahs continues to establish strategic partnerships with existing organisations to fuel its rapid expansion. Presently, the company boasts 10 locations in Denmark and Thailand, and plans to open additional locations throughout the year and beyond, with distinguished strategic partners.



We are seeking a Systems Manager to join our team. In your new position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our organization's technology systems. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our online menu platforms, ensuring that we have maximal online states across our numerous menu infrastructures.




  • Quickly learn the operational software that run the Noahs System.

  • Configure and maintain the systems which includes Oracle, Deliverect, and other systems.

  • Test different menu alterations in preparation for any new campaigns required by Noahs.

  • Ensure all online menus are configured correctly to minimise any offline time.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with external service providers as necessary.

  • Communicate with the operations team with timely updates on new configurations, failure reports and improvements.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in menu infrastructure management.



  • Experience with Point of Sale/menu management configuration, preferably in the restaurant industry.

  • Intermediate/Advanced English level. Toeic is not essential, but a score of 700+ if preferred.

  • A positive attitude and a love for learning.

  • Ready for an immediate start with aspirations to join a rapidly internationally expanding enterprise.
