Position
We're actively hiring a Marketing Assistant for Noahs Global in Thailand. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our global marketing efforts, working closely with our Head of Marketing to craft and execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and collaborate with teams spanning different time zones. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our marketing strategies in the ever-evolving landscape of multi-brand franchise platforms.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to our marketing executive, handling
correspondence, scheduling, and project management. -
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Conduct market research and analyse trends to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams across various time zones to
ensure alignment on global initiatives. -
Manage and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate and current information.

Assist with the organization of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.

Prepare and deliver marketing materials and presentations with a keen eye for brand consistency.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and help adjust strategies as needed
Required Technical Qualifications

Google Ads: Efficiently set up, manage, and optimize Google ads,
including PMAX, YouTube, display, and custom intent campaigns. -
Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies on Google, incorporating messaging, remarketing, and channel
differentiation, with a keen understanding of optimization opportunities at both local and national levels. -
SEO Management: Conduct thorough keyword and competitor analyses, implement on-page SEO optimizations, and engage in effective link-building strategies. Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs is crucial.

Website and Content Optimisation: Continuously identify and implement optimization opportunities for website content, focusing on elements such as landing pages, H1 tags, and image SEO.

Meta and LinkedIn Ads: Manage and optimize Meta and LinkedIn

advertising campaigns, utilizing split tests, audience analysis, and
advanced targeting techniques. -
Google Business Profile Management: Handle the setup, optimization, and management of Google Business Profiles.
General Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a marketing assistant or similar role, with a track record of supporting senior marketing professionals.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical skills, coupled with a passion for research and data driven marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).

A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
