Position Overview:

Director of Hospitality Operations of Noahs Global will lead all operational aspects of our growing international business, ensuring the seamless execution of our vision to become the world’s #1 integrator of food in Retail. This role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to optimizing operations, scaling processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a global operational strategy to align with Noahs' growth and vision.

  • Design and execute scalable processes to support international expansion.

  • Lead pilot projects with key partners, ensuring successful execution and clear operational learnings.

2. Performance Management

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for efficiency, performance, and quality across operational units.

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

  • Create a culture of accountability by regularly evaluating team performance and driving continuous improvement.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with the Tech Director to ensure technology solutions support operational efficiency.

  • Work with Brand and Marketing teams to align operations with Noahs' brand promise.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure operational budgets are optimized and scaling efforts are cost-effective.

4. Operational Excellence & Scaling

  • Lead global supply chain management, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of products and equipment.

  • Oversee operational processes for onboarding new service station clients, ensuring readiness before, during, and after launches.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency across all locations.

5. People & Talent Management

  • Build and lead high-performing local operations teams in existing and new regions.

  • Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and alignment with Noahs' vision.

  • Collaborate with HR to design and implement training programs for operations staff and franchise teams.

6. Technology Integration

  • Champion the adoption of Noahs' tech stack (BI analytics, inventory management, AI tools) to drive smarter operations.

  • Collaborate on the implementation of new tools like video recognition and AI notifications for performance optimization.

7. Global Expansion

  • Create and oversee a structured playbook for international market entry and operational rollouts.

  • Ensure regional exclusivity agreements are executed and pilots transition seamlessly into full-scale operations.

  • Act as the operations lead during negotiations with global partners, showcasing Noahs' operational expertise.

8. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws, particularly in food safety and franchise agreements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a COO or similar leadership role, preferably in the food, hospitality, or retail industry.

  • Strong track record in scaling operations and managing global teams.

  • Expertise in operational technology integration and process optimization.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with international markets and franchising models is a plus.
