Position
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to spearhead the seamless integration of third-party brands into our multi-brand franchise platform. This executive role is perfect for someone who excels at transforming strategic partnerships into operational success stories. You will be the architect of integrating established brands into our technology-driven supply chain, kitchen design, and customer-facing digital platforms.
Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end process of brand integration from initial discussions through onboarding, testing and to fully operational status within our franchise network.

Oversee the adaptation of brand identities, ensuring consistency with logos, fonts, colours, and all digital content including imagery, video, and graphics.

Work closely with culinary development to adapt and implement recipes and menu offerings, aligning with our kitchen capabilities.

Collaborate with procurement to integrate cost-effective sourcing, preferred vendors, and supply chain solutions.

Coordinate with tech teams to ensure alignment of brand products with our kitchen technology and hardware.

Establish strong relationships with brand partners, maintaining open lines of communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Drive project timelines, ensuring all brand integration activities are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Work closely with PR and marketing teams to ensure a strong and successful launch into new markets.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of brand management experience, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.

Demonstrated success in managing brand collaboration and partnership management.

Strong project management skills with an ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of the latest trends in kitchen technology and a passion for innovation in the foodservice industry.
