Noahs is a Copenhagen based food-tech company with the ultimate multi-brand restaurant & smart kitchen model. Currently operating in Denmark and Thailand, Noahs have rapid expansion plans for 2023 in Europe and South-

Noahs has developed 15 food brands and continues to develop more to satisfy local demographics and demand. It also provides an opportunity for existing brands to expand their own business through the Noahs Brand Catalogue, with little to no expense.

Smart Kitchens offer a new level of efficiency, profitability, quality control, speed and scalability that hasn't been possible before.

We work directly with each brand represented on our platform, through individual license agreements, in order to protect and preserve their uniqueness and marketability.

Cross-concept simply offers the customer the ability to order between a variety of different brands on one single order.

Our inventory, cooking equipment and methods are shared across all brands, with advanced technology streamlining the operation, reducing labour costs, wastage and workflow complications; whilst maximising the restaurants profitable potential.

We’ve settled in on the booming demand of food delivery, fast casual dine-in and curb side pick-up. These available trading channels, through close collaboration with the aggregators and online merchants, is known as “omni-channel” ordering. We have a model where the hefty aggregator commissions provide us with services that are way beyond what we could accommodate internally.

Convenience and price are leading the way and the consumers are not in alignment with the opinions of those who oppose the tech. Fast casual isn’t about defining the culinary experience or standards, but rather a quick and convenient meal at a good price.

AGGREGATORS

Delivery aggregators are attempting to enter the Smart Kitchen space, but their existing brand is their ultimate flaw. They instantly isolate themselves from the other delivery platforms and only offer their services through their own channels.

At Noahs, we are open to work with all aggregators for maximal market reach, without any exclusivity.
